This document describes how LA PERSONALIZADORA SL (SINGULET) handles the personal data of brands, resellers and visitors who interact with singulet.com or with our commercial teams. Retention period
We keep data while we maintain a relationship with you or as long as it is needed to answer your request. Inactive leads are removed after 24 months. Tax documentation is stored for the statutory period (4–10 years depending on the regulation). Backups are cycled following internal security procedures.

We only share personal data with service providers that enable us to operate the platform or deliver your orders. All of them are bound by data processing agreements.

- Communication tools and CRM platforms used by our sales and support teams.
- Logistics operators and shipping partners required to fulfil your orders.

Whenever a provider is based outside the EEA we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.
